Return & Refund Policy

1. Returns or Exchange

• Please record video of unboxing, and do not remove seal, if SEAL broken, product is not eligible for Return or Exchange

• The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

• You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:The product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

2. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll credit your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

3. Non-Returnable Items

• Items purchased during sale or clearance

• Customized or printed products made specifically for you
